Rindo fefers to the player as Marcher-Baron(ess) prior to earning said title. Occurs when doing the full nelson sex scene with her. Unknown if any other occurences of it in any of Rindo’s other scenes.

Addendum: there’s also an issue wherein in the Miko tease scene, Miko refers Kinu and Rindo as being her future retainer. This is prior to extracting the family from the Amulet. I don’t known if I either missed reading a paragraph anywhere where this information is actually divulged, or if this is also another case of certain mentions occurring prior to their happening.
