Well the first TF that they added was the Fox Berries which turn you into a fox (Yay!) and those were in the first game. Also I’ve heard that Canine Peppers will be a thing and as for what you said about Minotaur Blood and Succubus Milk the odds are that yes they will be in the game but most likely not until later.

I wouldn't call that an item, but yes, you can definitely get tentacles.
