Is it possible to reset her quest line to change her from subArona to Dom Arona? I tried using the save editor but no success and I'm not sure how to reset a quest.

Sorry for late response (I normally see this kinda topics and try to help, this one I somehow missed).
To just change Arona you do not need to redo the quest. Go to her Talk menu in Frosthoud and there should be Dominance? that leads to -> Challenge Me option -> you fight her and you need to loose - Arona becomes dom.
If you don't see it check your save file for ARONA_TALK_CHALLENGE flag -> and delete it/put it to zero (that unlocks challenge again) and ARONA_TALK_DOMINANCE for the full talk plus fight (but the first one is more important)
