Not sure what exactly happened or if I maybe made some choice that caused this because its been so long since I did the Korg'ii Hold questline, but Lund has effectively disappeared from my game. Is there any way to reset encounters with him or something of the sort?

If you told him to 'Fuck Off', he can't be found in the Hold, but becomes an encounter outside.
You might be able to fix it by opening the console (F12) and typing
flags['LUND_FUCKED_OFF'] = undefined;
or using the Save Editor to delete the flag.

Thanks, I'll try this. It's very possible I told him to fuck off, but even with me going out of my way to wander Uveto, I've never had an encounter with him.
