Played it and got some info for potential players:

1) There isn't much game there yet, it's in alpha as the page says but the download here specifically is for a demo version (which I wasn't aware of until I finished it, unclear if it'll get extended as more is added to the alpha or if it's a set demo as a tutorial as most demos are?).

2) The game has two language options, English and Russian. The English isn't terrible but there are some awkward grammar issues, and I'm guessing the author put the text through some translation software because the wording can be very janky sometimes.

3) There are 4 "scenes" from what I remember of the demo. In only one of them is the player's character engaging with another character, in the other 3 he's either watching someone else getting off while masturbating or masturbating thinking about someone else getting off. The 3 scenes of him masturbating seem to be longer and more elaborate than the other one so can assume that's based on the author's preferences and fetishes. These scenes are also bogged down a bit with humour or sometimes attempts at humour, but they really just end up being distracting and dragging things out more.

4) The visuals and music are actually pretty good for what it is. The UI is usable for sure though there isn't much there yet because of it being in the early stages of development.

5) Everything there is M/H (male/hand), M/F AND F/F. Fetishes include monster girls, threesome and voyeurism off the top of my head.

I didn't particularly enjoy playing it, mostly because I have 0 interest in spending a minute skipping through dialogue describing how my character is jacking off and thinking all sorts of things that were maybe witty/humorous in their native language but come across as narcissistic, bizarre or confusing when translated the way they have been.

That being said if the rest of the game released in the future strays away from the MC jacking it up a tree or outside a window and the language/wording issues get sorted I can see this being a pretty alright game.
