Minuet’s option to remove her collar doesn’t ever seem to enable. It appears like content was written for this interaction, but the game files don’t include this which leads to the broken button.

Thanks for your report, and repeating what I said in discord: the team decided to remove the button as collars went in a different direction than they were thinking in 2018. I've been asked to simply remove the button.
