It says on the codex entry that cunt snakes are parasites and can merge with you, becoming your tail. Is there a way to make this happen? how? I looked on the wiki but there's nothing there.

Fox/Frostfire (apply to tail) will get you up to 9. Use Immuno-booster when you've hit the number you want. This will also change the cunt type to Vulpine.

As an aside, Cunt Snake (and Cock Vine) tails are immune to tail transformations by default. After applying Fox/Frostfire or Catnip, they can be changed by Tail transformations.
Edit/Addendum: If the new tail type does not support tail genitals, you will lose the genital.

Thanx btw is it possible to use all cunt tails on all of your cocks, if you have like 5 of them?
I noticed that you can't really use all of them when you try and masturbate (uses hands for 2 of them but cunt tails for the others)

Sadly, no. Extra tail genitalia are mostly cosmetic and ignored by most scenes.
