I know this would be farfetched of an idea, but seeing the conversations with the bored jumpers not able to see the kids or leave the planet. It would be cool if there was the possibility of recruiting bored jumpers or the quest of some sort to which you can help get out of the pirate gang.

While its not the exact same Bored Jumpers that you meet in the mines, William does have Leila, a specific bored jumper, planned as a companion that you can recruit and she's amazing, like the best.
It would be nice if post-Zheng Shi you could interact with the bored jumpers you've had kids with in some form though because they are kind of sweet =)

Right. I remember reading about Leila somewhere on the forums. Any news on how far along he is on her content? I always thought that Leila would be the eventual name of one of the bored jumpers, but apparently she's a new character entirely.
The bored jumper buns are really quite adorable and I hope we get additional scenes with them. It's a little upsetting that after knocking each other up, after the pregnancy is over, my bunny will still attack me!

I don't remember seeing an update on Leila specifically on here or his patreon for a while to be honest. I know he's mentioned quite a while back that he'd hoped to finish off Leila's initial stuff but other things got in the way at the time. He pumps out so much good stuff (most recently implemented being the Anno Pet Play stuff which I adore) that I don't begrudge the lack of updates on Leila, as much as I'm looking forward to her.Right. You can also find tons of art of Leila and her sister Reina (who will be Bianca's assistant when she's in) and last but not least the adorable Riley who is my Steele's twin in spirit!
In his most recent update, William said he hope's to have a renaissance of sorts soon with the upcoming JS port so I'm hoping we get more news on Leila soon!
That depends on what Fenoxo has prioritized for William to write. If there is such a priority list. As you said, he hasn't mentioned his characters in a LONG time. I assume there's a ton of stuff that he will have to write first before he gets an opportunity to finalize his characters.
For Leila I think there would be much more of an incentive to finish her when the Command/Ops deck of Zheng Shi finally gets slated to be included, as one of the steps of her recruitment would seemingly entail talking to Vanika (the shock hopper) again to get her out of the jumpers. And that can only be done again in the aforementioned new deck.
