Hey there, name's Alt. Just a DM who plays CoC a fair bit.
I was wondering if anyone in this forum wanted to do a D&D campaign that would meet every week, so I decided to post a thread here about it. Given the nature of this forum, you can surmise that the campaign could contain adult themes and situations. But they wouldn't necessarily be mandatory nor would they be the entire focus of the campaign. My intent is to provide a space for the players to occupy and to make their own story in, however perverted, violent, or otherwise it may or may not be. I'm not in it to tell the players what to do or to get off on controlling people, that's just not me. I'm in it for the story. If you are too, then maybe you should give this a shot.

Character Creation:
Starting Level:
Alignments: any non-evil
Ability Rolls: Done in Maptool with DM present.
Rulebooks: A loose DM preference for content to remain within:
- Player's Handbook 1
- Monster Manual 1
- Dungeon Master's Guide 1
Homebrew Content: If a player has a particular idea that they want to incorporate into their character, then they should PM me here on the forum.
DM's Note: I'm more interested in a "character idea" rather than a "character build", so if a character is highly researched and optimized but requires material from other sourcebooks then I'm less likely to be alright with it. Conversely, if a character is more of the player's own innovation and creation then I am more likely to be okay with it, provided it can be balanced.
Characterization Questions:
These are various questions and fields that I require players to fill out when making their character. I allow characters to be powerful, as long as their powers enrich their character and do not define their character. If you are joining the campaign then answering these fields and providing me with your entries is mandatory.

- Major: (something that gets them really excited when they think about it)

Flaws:
- Social: (Something that makes socialization difficult in some way or another. Even very socially adept people have flaws that can make things hard for them.)
- Physical: (no one is perfect, what is something slightly off about your character's appearance? They don't have to be hideous, but just something physically "flawed" about them)
- Lifestyle: (Something that if a friend called them out on it, they'd feel embarrassed or ashamed knowing that it's true about the way they live)
