Hi, back again with a really dumb build idea. I've been getting back into League of Legends and I really, really want to make a Rell type build, is there anyway I can go about this in a feasible way?

I don't play League so I don't know what she does, but by the looks of it she's a horse rider with a big ass lance?
Get a big spear like Caranbrot, warrior abilities, and instead of riding a horse you'd bring Rally Kalysea or Alante (centaurs).
