So i know reaha mentioned talking to here sister once shes off the patches. My question is how do i go about reuniting her with her family i know iv read a few posts on the forum about it being possible, or at least still being worked on and several of those were ancient (read: 2015), so has this been added yet and if so how to i access these scenes, if its not been added yet is it still being worked on?

They're not in yet. Her author, Savin, is recovering from poor health and has yet to write their scenes.
