Crashed my game.
I've been doing the Reaha Reforged quest and got confirmation quite a while ago that Lessau's Amazonification drug was ready. That was probably several ingame weeks ago as I was undecided if I'd go ahead with her transformation.
Finally made up my mind. Went into Lessau's office on Uveto, bought some Pickmentation, backed out of his interaction, used the mod, went back into the conversation, clicked his 'Beef up Reaha' talk option, and...

I feel I should mention that I have used console commands twice on the playthrough to edit my character, once ages ago to turn off Siegwulfe impregnating me with eggs, and once between receiving Lessau's confirmation and coming to get Reaha modded as per here.
