Now I do realize that in this day and age sex and conversations about it are becoming significantly more open than in years past, but I am curious, If you write or draw adult stuff, and make a business out of it, like take commissions or even an entire game like TiTS, if you are single, how or when do you if ever mention it to a significant other? or even if you are married, and decide to do it, though i cannot imagine what would happen if you just woke up one day and decided to do it I am not asking for personal details or anything, its just I am sure that it might not go over well, depending on who they are, or family background it might be viewed as something akin to being an adult star, though to a much lesser extent obviously, Opinions? thoughts?

I think the ones I care would see it coming already... and the rest I don't care.
Basically they're asking if your friends and family know you make porn, and what was their reaction. That kind of stuff.

Well in that case, I sometimes write smut and way more often draw it. My boyfriend knows I do and isn't bothered by me making/looking at it in the slightest, my best friends know and same case, because they draw/indulge in 2D porn themselves, my mother does know and she isn't as bothered by it now since I'm out of school and not letting it distract me from such.
Not really going for a job atm so I don't have to worry about them searching my name and finding my stuff either (Besides, the name I go by here and all other porn-centric places is just an alias and it's way different from my real name, so I got that bit covered even if I was job-hunting).

I'm kind of the opposite of Emerald. None of my friends know I write porn, and there's no fucking way I'd tell anyone in my family. My friends probably wouldn't believe me if I told them, since I've been single forever and almost never talk about sex, so they probably think I don't have a libido. And I don't even want to know what my family would say. My dad would probably laugh, but my mom wouldn't. Talking about this with anyone would be really uncomfortable.
