So, despite being listed on the wiki as a 'common' encounter, I've run back and forth across the foundry for about half an hour now, basically holding the keys down to move from one end to the other as fast as possible except for when I need to immediately flee from any other encounter, and haven't run into them once.
I have them enabled. I've encountered them in the past. But in this entire save file, the entire time I've been in Zheng-Shi, I've only ever run into them twice. Is there anything I can do to boost their encounter rate? It's really frustrating to know there's a whole bunch of content I'm not seeing because it just won't show up.
