Racial score suggestion: Faux vampire

Suggestion for a new race in the codex: Faux vampire

• Has regular skin
• Skin is pale white
• Has non-gooey human arms
• Has two plantigrade human legs
• Has fanged human face
• Has sylvan ears
• Has bat or demon wings

I'll leave point value decisions up to the devs, if this becomes a thing.

Why faux vampire and not just vampire? Simple, you're not becoming a vampire in the true sense of the word.

Added for the next release. May need a save file for testing, since I assume it may conflict with other races if the scores are not balanced correctly. Anything that is mostly-human or use human parts are always iffy to deal with, especially when intersecting with half-races.
