Races in Lore that we'll never see in Game

I'm just curious what Savin and company imagines exists in Savarra that we'll probably never see in game representation for as they'd be nonexistent or just incredibly rare in the region we play in.

At this rate Bearfolk are probably never going to actually appear XD

Really for the most part when mentioning places that aren't here, I tend to populate them more with race variants (like Oni are to Orcs, or far-east Tigermen are just going to be Leothrans too) than whole new races. I don't want to flood the setting with 5000 slightly-different sapient species that will each get 0-1 NPCs ever. Really I'm struggling to think up any whole-ass races we've mentioned but not seen a single example of in-game.

Does Savarra have variants of the various other short races such as Dwarves, Halflings, Gnomes, etc.? I feel like those are the only typical fantasy races that haven't been represented.

Halflings/Gnomes as counterpart to the beloved gobbo shortstacks.
