Oof, totally understandable. Just sucks because I just recently started playing tits a few months back, and took a break for school. Heard about the frostwyrm content a while back and was excited for it...except I finally got to it after it was axed. Bad luck is all it is. I hope everything else continues to work out though. Great content all around regardless.

shit this is so sad. i know they can probably mod this in later but we are still gonna miss out on so much of the high quality stuff planed by the creators. Super sad to see this go. Pleas, pleas give us a patch or something later that let us add it all back and any other content that may be cut because of this.
The question is when did Patreon start enforcing the rules, which was like a week ago. As has been pointed out, TiTS is one of the biggest projects on Patreon so we haven't gotten the stink eye directly yet; these are preventative measures to keep Patreon from having to give us a more thorough auditing. Nobody wants that on either side, so we'll just cut the most egregious offenders and be on our way.
Unfortunately you're very much correct. It's not like we can just jump ship to another service; pornographic censorship is a near-universal constant. Even the mighty Porn Hub has a "Step Fantasy" category, not incest, for exactly this reason.

If its that important to enough people, they can get togeather and make a mod to add the incest back into the game. Or, thay can keep an older copy of the game on hand just to get that content. I will miss this content, but, I understand why it had to be done.

Thin line, big grey zone. I see that restricting even fictional content has its sence, but it can quickly go out of hand or result in causalitys.
It's even more annoying when it's payment processors that is deciding on what fictional content adults are allowed to enjoy, i would not get up in arms if a payment processor does not allow people to buy porn containing real children or not allowing people to buy and sell other people, however if it's fictional then i as an adult should be allowed to spend my money on something if i want. I feel like payment processors have been overstepping their boundaries over the last year by deciding who or what people can support financially by blacklisting/banning people/companies due to not having to correct political view or just having a different political view.

That's false. Generational incest (parent/child, aunt/nephew, etc) is blacklisted; cousin/cousin and sibling/sibling incest is still in. Dornacest is still on the table. Fen is changing Kiro and Kally on his own volition (which I agree is silly and unnecessary) and Jack/Jill+PC isn't disallowed, provided Fen allows someone to write it.
well provided that fen responds to my question about jack/jill we may have an answer going forward (it was a question i tagged onto a convo we were already having) about incest content. That being said we might still want to come to terms with all blood related incest being off the table for the moment as it could very well be the case in the future.
As far as Jack/Jill+PC is concerned, the PC is gene-crafted and likely to have ingested a dozen transformatives. I think the genetic deviation is enough that incest is meaningless.
Transformatives don't work that way.
Also given that both brothers are likely to have tailored their brats in much the same way, for obvious reasons, I'd argue that they're probably even more similar than normal cousins.
I'm 90% sure the genetics of a Purebred Ausar, or any other Alien for that matter, will be very different than a Purebred Human.
I'm pretty sure this is a concern that everyone in this community shares but, what will you guys do when patreon gets more aggressive with what is allowed? Will you guys continue to axe content just to stay there or is there a line that you guys have where you say enough is enough?

The thing is that Steele cannot being a purebred anything but human. They can start out as a half-breed, but their tailoring is such that they only pass down their human half.

I can however say that CoC2 wasn't going to have any p/c incest anyway, so whatever. There's nothing else that Patreon really gets a stink eye about in the game plan, so they'd have to actually change their ToC for me to really need to think about leaving. It would be nice to have an alternative to go with, but unfortunately any platform of sufficient size will ultimately have the exact same issues as Patreon does. Remember that the issue isn't Patreon itself -- they're all but intentionally turning as much of a blind eye as possible -- but the banks and PayPal that get their undies in a wedgie over anything over R-rated.
Maybe we can just do what Amorous did? Have it so that people can manually re-instate the content that had to get axed?

God fucking dammit this blows! The whole incest thing with both the wyrmlings and kiro and kally were huge draws for me, and it really helped to set these characters apart from everything else! Why the fuck do we have to let them step all over us!

Maybe theres a way for us to edit existing builds to manually update them? Like an online patch, or something?
A patch would be very risky and likely to backfire on Fen.
The whole point of those patches is that they are independent to the creator, meaning that the creator would have no knowledge about them. But if a patch suddenly came out to restore cut content and Patreon found out, it wouldn't take much for them to put two and two together, even if Fen stated he had no idea about it.
Would it be fair? Fuck no. But I'm guessing that Patreon would look for any excuse.
