Quests continuity and missable things?

I was taking a break from the game for some time (didn't played since Arona's quest, I think), so right now I'm a bit overwhelmed by the amount of new content. I remember that this game has some missable scenes (for example, if you defeated the Alraune before meeting Hinata and his gang, you'll miss that encounter completely, which (as I heard) will affect the kitsune dungeon later on, or how knowing Kiyoko can completely change the said quest). So, my question is: is there any sort of a guide that lists the things/decisions during the quests/encounters that affect the flow/results/options of other quests? I mean, playing the game blindly has its share of fun, but missing some interesting scenes wouldn't feel good. Especially I'm interested about the Wayfort and how it affects other quests.
Sorry for my engrish.

No, there isn't one and there are a lot of things that can affect quests. For example, the recently added expansion to Winter Wolf has variant dialogue in its various scenes for everybody at one point or another and with checks that may be based on your background, stats and/or class (only the devs know the specifics so we're just guessing on some of them) so it's literally impossible to see everything on a single run much less a single pass.

Another example of something that springs readily to mind as mutually exclusive (and thus either way results in things that are missable) is Ryn's recruitment. You can theoretically leave her pacing outside Castle Hawkstone until you reach the Winter City, which has some changes to the scenes and dialogue (largely because the Champ doesn't know about their situation) and it locks you out of one dialogue option with Kas at the end. However, recruiting her normally means you don't see the 'made Ryn wait' content. It doesn't lock you out of anything in the long term but avoiding Ryn does mean you miss her reactions to every one-time scene you see between the Wayfort and Winter City.
