Questions about the "Treatment"

Hello,

As the title says, I've got some questions about the treatment but mostly about if it is possible to Min-Max it for the game's multiple classes. I've been poking around the forum and have gotten the impression that the Treatment can be min-maxed in the game. (If I'm incorrect about that, please let me know).

I want to know if it is possible to correctly min-max the treatment and what classes benefit the most from it with all its variants (or at least the most useful).

Boring awnser: Cum-Cow Dumb4Cum is more or less benefitial, on a mechanical level, because it raises inteligence when needed and allows you to turn ditzspeech on/off to get sceens locked or exclusive for bimbos.
It is, in fact, the onlye way to remove the ditz perk, making the treatment able to 'fix' a certain badgers infulence if needed.

if you want to min-max a lust build you're most likely going to need to get treated for one of your three ranks of Inhuman Desire, otherwise it's not really needed for that kind of thing (though as Irrlicht said Cum-Cow does come with an intelligence boost up to 70 as of right now and the Panic Ejaculation perk which is pretty useful if you get grappled.)

The real min-maxing gains are made in the Ten-Ton Gym, which is also on New Texas and run by a treated bull... maybe thats where your confusion stems from?

I mean... you can, I do it all the time, but you'll obviously start feeling diminishing returns as your levels go up.

For Tech Specialists and Smugglers, Cum-Cow for Dumb4Cum is probably optimal. Aimed Shot/Sneak Attack bonus damage calculation includes Intelligence/2 and Tech Specialists get varying fractions of Intelligence to almost everything. Mercenaries' only in-class use for Intelligence is Carpet Grenades or Detonation Charge. (Dumb4Cum also means you don't have to worry about training or putting points in Intelligence as you level up. It's seriously OP.)

Mercenaries might want to go Bull for Inhuman Desire 40 without any drawbacks (the others also get increased minimum Lust or Lust damage taken). Pheromone Cloud is a bonus, as well as the free Physique training (at low Tone).

If you're maxing Inhuman Desire, order is important. Many sources don't grant it if you already have it. The Treatment always boosts Inhuman Desire by 40. 90 is possible: +30 (Mitzi Cuntnosis) + 40 (Treatment) + 20 (Salamander in Po's VR Adventure), but you end up with Easy (20% more Lust damage taken) and +20 Minimum Lust (Amazonian Needs), for an effective +70. You're probably better off going Dr. Badger's Dollmaker (+15), Treatment (+40). If you have Treated Readiness (Cow/Cum-Cow), Po's VR Adventure may be worth it because the +20 Minimum Lust doesn't stack with the +33 from Treated Readiness, but the +20 Inhuman Desire does (effective total: 42-55). If you went Bull, Amazon or Faux-Cow, it's not worth it because +20 Minimum Lust cancels out +20 Maximum Lust.

The intelligence cybernetic implant also stacks with Dumb4Cum so a Cum-Cow Steele can get 80 INT out of it

If you're going for The Highest Numbers, you could also add the Goo Core for another +20, right? Or am I missing something?

Also of note, the bonus from Dumb4Cum isn't static. It's +2 capacity/level. Right now, it's +20, but at level 20 it will be +40.

Why does Pheromone Cloud only get applied to the Bull version of the Treatment? Aren't there a number of New Texans (and other characters that have taken the Treatment) that are female that have the same or stronger version of that perk?

In regards to getting "Inhuman Desire" from Dr. Badger, the wiki only states that you can get that from the "Be A Hero" option (which grants Inhuman Desire +15 as well as Easy & Breed Hungry) and the Dollmaker portion of the wiki says nothing about it. If the wiki is out of date again in regards to the Dollmaker, could you tell me how to get Inhuman Desire from it?

1. Every Treatment path gets a Tease increase (except Cum-Cow, who doesn't need the help). Sexy Thinking (Cow, Amazon) and Innocent Allure (Faux-Cow) boost Sexiness. The better question is why Amazon gets Sexy Thinking, which rewards low Intelligence and Willpower. Amazons can pick up Jungle Queen Scent from Amazonia anyway.

2. Wiki is* wrong. You can get Inhuman Desire. IQ B-GONE. The perk you get is randomly chosen, not given in a particular order.
*Was. I've corrected it.

Why do I not see people talking about Amazonian Endurance? It straight up removes the energy penalty from orgasming and unless something changed that I don’t know about, Amazon Treatment is the only way go get it (and no other perk gets rid of that penalty so far).

But I guess it’s not technically a stat so oh well. :p

I’m very Amoozon biased in case yoh can’t tell, lol.

Energizing Libido also prevents Energy loss, and doesn't require Amazonian Endurance (although having AE increases the odds of getting EL).

Thank you for fixing that entry in the wiki.

Energizing Libido is energy GAIN from orgasming, and even then it’s only guaranteed at 95+ libido, which is not a build everyone wants. If you just want to prevent energy loss, AE is the way to go.

Amazonian Endurance is both guaranteed prevention of energy loss AND permanent since with EL you have to be careful not to drop libido below 40.

That used to drive me nuts before I finally embraced being a slut. :p

You also didn’t answer the question on why no one mentions AE, lol

You may not always gain energy, but you never lose any. After the change to Tease, having a high Libido is much more important for Tease builds, unless you took Ice Cold.

Fair enough, lol. But some people may go for more combat heavy builds. :p

But in any case, seems like a case of new mechanics and perks rendering an older perk a bit obsolete. Maybe we need to have tweaks for the older Treatment routes to make them more viable aside from roleplaying. I’ve always been a bit confused why Amazons don’t get a pheromone perk like Bulls do since they’re basically feminine versions of Bulls with a bit of regular Cow thrown in. I wish I could say Shizuya having pheromones is justification, but she technically got Overdose, which throws all bets off the table.

Bull strikes me as the Boring But Practical path. Nothing fancy, but no drawbacks, either.

My question is why Amazons get Sexy Thinking. Low Intelligence and Willpower seems off-theme.

Again, Jungle Queen Scent exists. No, it's not tied to the Treatment, but you do get it from an Amazon-themed TF.

I held out for a loooooong time on getting the treatment to stack inhuman desire. Since I had already gotten amazonian needs (Which, by the way there was no way I wasn't plowing that Salamander. so I treat it head canonically that I need to bang amazons).
Brute speech? Eh, it's cool. Pheromone clouds? Little extra.
I will tell you though I was this close to grabbing me some of them fox tails and yeah. Guess who really didn't like it? Bianca. ;_;

That's on William. I doubt Brute Speech was originally intended as a drawback: I'm betting it was simply a counterpart to Ditz Speech. Bianca doesn't like Ditz Speech, either, for that matter, but I concede there's no workaround for Brute Speech like there is for Ditz Speech and that is a drawback, depending.

That always confused me too and I had thought it was a bug until I was informed otherwise.

I can understand low INT meaning you're basically a sex-obsessed meathead, but low Willpower definitely seems to contradict what Amazons are all about, which is we're a bunch of stubborn she-bulls. :p

Who wrote the Amazon path again? I have some questions.
