Question on dev teams

So I read the faq but I'm just wondering if both dev teams are under one roof or if CoC2 and TiTs are owned by different people? Thanks!

Different people (Fenoxo owns TiTS, Savin owns CoC2), but there's a lot of overlap between them in both writers and fanbase, and CoC2 was made under license from Fenoxo, which is why they're both hosted on the same site.
