[Question] Mirrin and her Pregnancy Photoshoot(s)?

I know in the wiki it mentions her being photographed later on in her pregnancy...
But I know for a fact I have seen a scene of pregnant Steele (and yes only Steele pregnant) being the focus of the shoot.
Yet I can't get it to trigger at all anymore or find any reference to it.
Does anyone else remember this or know how to get it?

I've looked in the code for Mirrin's pregnancy content, and I can't find any trace of the scene you're looking for.
