Question: How does Quin have such a huge hip and butt rating?

Do you mean that his bust is bigger then his character description/stats, the other way around or something else?
Tbf with the portraits the chances of them matching proportions entirely you might as well throw out the window sometimes.
The stats pafe doesn't matter; iIrc Agni still has the flattest ass and no hips according to her page, despite that not being reflected anywhere else. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the numbers were randomized.
Now I am not sure what hip rating and butt rating of 10 entail in-game, but Quin's busts really, and I mean really, like to emphasize his narrow waist and fat rump. Like good heavens all mighty, look at this
