question: how does one know if they've been rejected or...

I have wondered if someone is rejected or is successful with a project how would they know exactly? Are they told it's good man and they know it's going to make it or no it's bad and know it won't? Or are they emailed if it succeeded? I just thought I'd ask because I'm not 100% sure how this all fully works yet and just wanted some clarification is all.

I'm pretty sure one of the Fen deities (Fenoxo, Savin, etc.) will message you somehow after reviewing your project.
