Have a quick question that I'm having trouble finding answers to on the wiki, is there a good way to make the PC a centaur? See lots of stuff about leithan and something about a deer taur, but I'm not finding much about straight up centaurs.

The Horse Pill TF should be all you need, assuming you have mostly human features for the upper body.
Get invite to The Masque festival on Poe A go to Poe and speak to the mysterious demon-morph who runs the “Holiday Supplies” shop. Purchase HorseSuit. Tap your heels together twice and close your eyes wish real hard to be a centaur, while geting into the suit. open youe eyes and you will be a centaur.
There's also the choice of (if you're further on in the game and haven't done it yet) playing Kiro Quest, and then Pet>Submit (or just straight up losing to it if that's what you want and passing the willpower check) to the Taursuit mob which is fairly common in that dungeon.
