what are the requirements of subjugating taivra i have no idea what to do

or not need speak with shopkeeper but just read Nyrea codex - it something along lines you finds out how Nyrea society is aka stronger dominate weaker (so either reading codex gives you idea to subjogate queen or hearing words of the shopkeeper). And now it will turn little people read any unlocked codex xD
