Question about resolve

With the removal of resolve a while back, how do things like succubus milk and incubus cum affect it? i was looking at the wiki on a whim, and it says things that lower or boost resolve now affect health instead, but when i loaded a new save and gave myself a bunch of resolve changing items, my HP didn't budge an inch.

Like some events, back then resolve was a thing, that lover it (like use sex scene that don't make u finish) - they don't affect u now.
