Question about Priapism

Is Priapism supposed to take like...7 maybe 8 points off of willpower? Like I noticed it and I keep getting confused because I don't know if that is supposed to happen or I just never noticed it before. This might be a dumb question though.

Is that the status that forces you to be naked from the waist down? If so, you might be seeing the loss of Resolve.

Yes it is the status that makes you naked, but even after I did have my character put clothes back on it uh, it doesn't change it back lol.

EDIT: I'm just gonna save scum a bit and now worry about it atp, things have just been weird with the game for me so I'm used to it atp.
