Question about lust

So, my max lust is 120. And I noticed that when im resting, no matter how much i do it, my lust never went above 105 by waiting and walking aroud. So, I relieved myself, but then, my lust never went above 90 whilst simply roaming about and resting. That is, until my kui tan balls inflated to the point where i become "egregiously endowed". And my balls got bigger and the more related statuses i got, lust cap got bigger.

Is this a bug or a feature? I honestly cant tell.

Could be a bug I'd ask a coder or something, but then again it could be a feature of the Kuis to be able to hold back their lust till their balls grow, but I could be wrong for all I know I suggest asking someone who works on the game.

Just by resting/idling, your lust will never reach max lust on its own barring some effects/events.

Ah, ok. Makes sense. This way, the chances of you instantly getting a loss due to mismanaging lust are greatly decreased. Thanks!
