So I noticed a few weans have the "Lust Weapon" tag. Does this only mean that they do tease-based damage, or are they treated like teases (as in affected by stuff like Sexiness and Libido)?

Lust Weapon != Tease
There are several different types of Lust damage: Tease, Psionic, Drug, Pheromone.
I think Tease weapons used to be affected by Sexiness, but most of them were changed to Psionic. In the case of Light Savicite Maul and Heavy Slut Ray, this was probably a buff, because Stunned targets take reduced Tease damage.
The other common type is Drug. I don't think there are any Pheromone weapons.

The primary benefit of weapons is making multiple attacks per turn, though some only get one attack without Rapid Fire.
Energy Lust weapons can be Overcharged. Power Striking with the Light Savicite Maul is surprisingly effective.

With you signaling out how sexiness doesn’t affect psionic weapons, does that mean it still affects stuff like the Bimboleum Emitter, which does tease damage?

I'm pretty sure the Bimbolium Emitter is the only Tease weapon, strictly speaking.

Doing a quick test, it seems like it does benefit from Sexiness.
It may or may not be subject to the soft Tease cap, though.
