Question about completion.

I have a question about how "complete" this game is, because despite all the searches I did, I couldn't find anything. Maybe I just suck at finding information, but the actual question I have is: Does the second data probe actually exist, or the game is still early in development. I have searched everywhere on Tarkus to find either a data probe or my "rival" and I never found anything. Is the game still in production or I'm missing something?

After completing (or abandoning) the pirate dungeon in the East of Tarkus return to Shekka. Either give her the Platinum or pay her in credits.
