Why does Nonesuch need to do write that path? Cause you asked him to? Cause options are good? They are sure, but they also take time and money, and the person who commissioned him to make Bizzy did not ask for said option. If you want that option, rather write it yourself or fork up some money to get commission it.

(Lets not forget CoC1 and CoC2 but different Forum section)
Commissions are not terrible, if anything they help quite a bit and often bring some of the best content to the games.

Subjective. I'm pretty sure a blind person could care less how a rack looks.

The concept of "perfection" is viewed differently from person to person, and her self-esteem can be resolved through her flat-chest path as well. I'd go as far to say she's MORE happy in that path than in any of her boob paths cause she puts work into finding herself. Though of course, that is my subjective view on it.
Regardless, for you she is "perfect" but if you want to expand on that you'd need to rather wait for someone to share the same opinion as you to write it themselves with most likely less quality, or suck it up and commission Nonesuch for what you desire. It would not be the first time this has occurred.
I mean....how did you think all the Sera X-Packs showed up?
