Does anything happen if you let her stay at the Wayfort and spread her corruption or has that not included in the game yet?

Pretty much all the Wayfort content is just initial stuff right now. We don't know what Farrah may or may not do in the future but we have a hint that maybe she might get up to some mischief.
If I recall corectly, she will take the soul of the elven guard captain, so she is definetly not as harmless as she likes to say she is.
Also, the wayfort is a place seeping with corruption, so I would say that every corrupted person makes it harder to purify the place.
But that is, at least at this time, just my personal theory.
