Lately I've been interested in chatGPT and other linguistic models which function as chatbots, and when digging around reddit I found that of course people have been trying to use them for smut. The best one I've seen so far has been Pygmalion AI -- its not especially creative or easy to work with but it is kinda neat. Part of the setup for a Pygmalion chatbot is a description and some sample dialogue so I was thinking that its probably pretty easy to get a TITS character copied in.
