I don't have Cait with me right now. Can I come back with her (Or I guess go to the Ruined Wayfort) after the quest and purify him if I spare him? There's no info on the wiki concerning the purification so I'm not sure.

Nope, what you see is what you get. Afaik there are no plans to implement a purify option for the behemoth whatsoever. At most you can bring him to the wayfort if you spare him.

I see, thank you. But if there are no plans to purify him why is it an option? Or do you mean there's no plan to purify after the centaur rescue mission?

You can't purify him even with Cait in party.. the dude is exactly what you see.. corrupt. Just kill him.

Yeah, Savin has said that for the most part, letting corrupted characters live is not meant to imply a possible redemption arc but to give the player an opportunity to keep enjoying the horni. The Behemoth is pretty clearly not one of the exceptions to that rule.

To give you the opportunity to try, and learn that it's irreversible. It's more dramatic that way, as opposed to a Champ with the right knowledge or Cait in the party just saying after the fight 'Oh, I guess they're beyond help then'.

Thank you for the clarification. That's actually a creative narrative decision.

Is there a way at least to wake him up once he's in the wayfort so i can have some fun?

He seems to just be comatose as far as i can tell
