Will all of The Past Backer stuff like Extented Storyline and Other stuuf be Implemented In This Month Public Patch?

All content from all previous backer patches is included in every new public patch. So, since the most recent patch is a public patch, non-backers can currently play everything that backers can.
During the course of a given month, backers will get all new content in real time; non-backers just have to wait for the monthly public patch to catch up.
