Unfortunately with submissions closed, it'll be a while. Hopefully they reopen and I can get this in, but until then we'll just have to wait and hope. I was waiting a week for feedback, and seems that was a week too long.

Just keep in mind that the current maximum fertility speed attainable in game is 2000%. Imo this would stand a much better chance if you tailor fertility speed to something more balanced.

I'll keep this in mind and fiddle with the numbers, I did look at what was currently in the game and figured I would boost a little over, but I can change it to be more in line with current max.

Since it's a completely feminizing illness do you think it'd be appropriate to have it remove Androgyny and Perma-cute perks to force a PC with them into that fully feminized result?

I think it should be okay as is in that regard. It'd basically just put people through the tedium of getting those perks again (A meta response, I know, but I feel it's fine like it is.)

Seem quite overpowered. Especially since it can almost totally feminize the player in 48 hours. Have you considered making it a slower burning sstd? Or better yet having it proc every time the pc gives birth? (I have no idea if the code would allow that though)

How can you get it all the way up to 2000%? Even with the wiki info, the best I can see getting is 1100%.

The extra 900% is from the Incubator starter perk (+100%) and the Synth-Womb cybernetic implant (+800%).
