I'm guessing this is erra? If you already got her a collar it means you did the talk. If you said no she leaves the game iirc.

That might be a bug? I would post a save and how the bug happened on the bug report forums.

In game, press Save File (not just normal save). You now have the save file on your device locally. Exit TiTS and open your files app. Go to data > com.taintedspace.www and open it. Your save file will be right there, and you can share it.

I think that's a read/write permissions error.

I get this erra error fairly regularly on some characters. Usually it goes away eventually and I forget about it.
