What about some item that makes a poofy hairstyle, the hairstrands (Whatever strands) giving off a pheramone/pollen/scales(ala moth)/ect. that is either psychoactive or some degree of aphrodisiac, or some wierd combination. Idea comes from first summer with long hair that decided to poof when i didn't comb it. And wierd odor it gave of after a hot day working...shower now.

Doesn't need to be addictive or psionic, can just make you trip out or something, fairly sure there was a scene at some bar where there was something funny in a drink. (I think it was Poa A's horse suit male path)
I would not mind an addiction mechanic similar to COC, but what would Steele get addicted to...?
