psionic damage flag question

what does the Psionic Damage Flag do? Is it for weapons or only special moves that kineticists use?

Psionic is a type of Lust damage. The others are Tease, Drug and Pheromone.

Right, but as I've been monkeying around with save editing I found a Psionic Flag that goes where you would put a flag like Burn DoT Chance or Freeze Chance. and if you load it into a weapon the tip that pops up when you click it reads "The damage caused by such attacks may be amplified by the attacker's psionic prowess and other psionic gear". Which makes me think its for the Special attacks kineticists use.

Psionically Attuned: +1 Kinetic damage/level
Psionically Empowering*: Amplifies a Kineticist’s psionic ability damage by 5%
*I think they changed the name of this. I remember it being more confusing. The tooltip is still kind of misleading because of the existence of Psionic damage, which Kineticist doesn't do.

Theres also Psionic Recovery and Amplifying/Nullifying for armors.
I tried putting your quoted text into the Search function in the code and didn't find anything.
I know of at least four Flags that aren't hooked up to anything. (Two higher levels of Psionic Recovery, Airconditioned and Rad Hardened).

It probably is for psionic based attacks just off of the wording. I know it's not part of any items in game currently anyways.
