I've always wanted to do some kind of throat TF. Just something to jazz up throatfucking, oral cock worship, etc. Feels like there's a somewhat untapped niche there.

I can't think of many NPCs with hyper dicks that you can suck off. Gag Reflex is only altered by being Treated as is, I actually asked Fen about that a while ago, so that may or may not prove useful going forward at least. The big thing for me is the ribbed throat, by far, that needs to happen. I don't know about the Oral Erogenous zone though, not sure how I'd write it.
I think the whole thing is going to be pretty handwavey in how it's written for. Treated girls technically have the oral erogenous zone but nobody writes for it (not that anyone's happy to hear it). Just write it how you like it, really. I know I'm mostly just going to use it as an excuse to write more involved oral scenes to my (and hopefully others') taste.
I didn't know being treated applies something like that. The Treatment's not content I like to engage with. Having an alternative to that will definitely get me writing to include it, which will satisfy those players and non-Treated players, it's a win-win.

I posted a full description in the "show me your character" thread, but the summary is as follows (This is for a full female character)
Treatment: Savescum until you get Amazonian, but without the milk and with the "Amazonian Endurance". Make sure Tone is very high (100) to drastically increase chance of getting Amazon. If necessary, remove penis this sometimes gives via Dr. Lash
Lupinol: Take until you get "Alpha Scent" perk
Catnip: Take until you get "Flexibility" perk
Sweet Sweat: Take for pheromones
Amazona Plus: Savescum a couple times until you can get max wetness (10?), and then let it go into overdose to nab both of the perks (Queen of the Jungle for more pheromones, and also Snu Snu)
Dumbfuck: Take this and start sneezing, but stop before you get Ditz Speech. (I do not like bimbos)
Lucifier Candy Apple: Eat these and combine with savescumming until the desired succubus appearance is acquired. Most difficult will likely be the right skincolor (purple in my case) and the correct number of horns (4 in my case. They can go all the way up to 12 which is far too many for me)
Ruskvel: Eat these until you gain scales, which will take the color of your skin (this is so that your wings become the correct color). In addition, get a second clit. Purple vagina is okay too, but not necessary.
Take another Lucifier to return you to Smooth Skin
Skin Clear: ingest 2 of these, to lubricate your ass and your tongue (which should be long and prehensile due to the Lucifier)
Bumpy Road: Get more clits in your vagina
Omega Oil: Get anal heat (needs you to get Anal fairly often, but that should not be a problem for this character)
Thicc'n'shake: get "Hips don't Lie", "buttslut" and "bubble butt" perks
Estrobloom: get femininity to 100
Train at the New Texas gym until Tone is 100, then eat food until Thickness is 25, and then finally use Reducto and that sap from Mhenga to adjust butt, hip and breast ratings to 18, 18 and DD-cup respectively (18 is minimum possible now)
I may have forgotten a few things here and there though. I also add the Ultra-exhibitionist perk, and Sterile to my character.
Anyhow, on topic, I just realized I have a suggestion to Wsan: Get the mod to lubricate the mouth/tongue. This seems sensible when dealing with an oral-pleasure mod
I told them the exact same thing but they seem set in their save scumming ways.

Still though, as I mentioned before, the hard part isn't getting the amazon one (I think that happens 3/4ths of the time), the hard part is getting it without lactation and with the perk, which takes a few tries
