Progress Tessa without breasts or Kiro?

Is there no way to proceed with Tessa content past oral without being railroaded into Kiro or having breasts?

The greyed out drink option implies you have a choice of participating in a drinking competition or finding and buying wine, whilst it seems you need both. The other option to progress requires a character with large breasts, so unmodified males seem to be stuck between altering their character or being forced into doing Kiro, a character that has nothing to do with Tessa story or fetish-wise (and can also be missed)

If I remember correctly, giving Jade nipples unlocks a different sex scene that can also be used to progress her content.

That one requires a character that has large breasts

If you can't do the Jade path then you probably have to do the Kiro stuff.
I guess if you really don't want to do either you could try to save edit your way around it.

Talk to jade a lot and do the lewd scenes.
Then you can unlock the get nipple option. You also don't need to interact with Kiro to get Tessa, you might need the wine which you can get from the ant planet but you don't need to worry about Kiro.
