Procs missing from refined TFs

I made an elf character and gave myself a huge amount of money via save-editing in order to test out the new TFs. It turned out that the refined versions of the new human and catfolk TFs don't have some procs they are supposed to have from the raw TF:

• The raw Root of Man adjusts masculinity/femininity according to genitals, but when refined with Soft Mud that doesn't seem to proc and merely changes faceType and eyes to human (do elves have a separate faceType)
• Both TFs in their raw version adjust cockSize to some average for their race, but when refined with Turgid Mushroom they only change cockType of their respective race with the size adjustments never procing
• ect.

Also Root of Man in general is missing a tongue TF to change it to a normal human tongue.
Do Catfolk have cat-like tongues?

This is all coded according to the spec and docs. Some effects that the raw can give you are lost when refining.

But according to the doc provided in the Transformation Writing for CoC2 thread soft mud and turgid mushroom are stated to include "fem/mas" rating and cock size respectively in their effect.
