problem about Melara and Gytha

I prevent Gytha return to Alissa's side,and hogtied Melara,but after the quest ends,the dungeon only have Gytha,may i only choose one of them?

Yes, only one of them gets to turn into the Dragon Knight. If you stop Gytha from searching for Alissa and capture her in the dungeon before departing to Dracia, Melara will be the Demon Dragoon, and if you capture her there, she'll be the one in the dungeon. If this is the case, and Gytha is in your dungeon, you can choose to make her the Huntsmaster of the fort (keeping her around) or exile her (removing her from the game)

However, if you don't stop Gytha from going to Dracia after Alissa or encourage her to look for her former friend, then Gytha becomes the Dragoon Knight, and Melara is completely left out of the game. There, you can capture Demon!Gytha and bring her to the fort

Also, keep in mind both currently don't have any sort of dungeon content on the game, but hopefully that'll come in a future patch
