So, I reloaded an old save from quite a while back, that obviously has not been edited, and despite having the Temporary Infertility effect active, sleeping and waking up the next morning on the save reveals my character to be pregnant. It's too far back for me to know much of anything for certain, let alone the exact version of the game the save came from, but clearly something went wonky when I reloaded the save.
