Possible unintended interaction between the Eastern Greatblade and tease attacks

Sever can proc on tease attacks, which was shocking to see.

Might be intentional according to the wording on the blade. It does specifically say damaging non-spell powers, which teases fall under.
however, it IS really funny. Like the sword is so big and sharp that even when you shake your ass at someone you nick 'em with the blade.

At least it isn't the bug it used to have where the Sever damage hit you instead of the enemy.

This is probably another case of funny pre-0.7.33-item-post-0.7.33-power-templating interaction. You can do the same thing with charms.

When the arena items were implemented, a lot of the power tags currently in the game didn't exist. In an environment where almost everything was some combination of spell power, weapon power, melee or ranged, the most straightforward way to implement that ability was probably just to have it proc on everything that didn't have the spell tag on it (hence the description). If it was intentional, it would probably have been templated to signpost it like the King's Thunderblade is ("On any hit including spells...")
