Had a similar issue. In the following thread, Drunk Zombie said that 1 Domwulfe eggnancy results in 3 separate birth events. That may be the problem.

Yes, this seems intentional. This particular pregnancy loops up to four times in the select womb (eggs being laid in clutches). So after the fourth egg laying, your character should be good. I'll add some clarification in the log to better help determine that. Hopefully the changes will appear in the next release.
