Possible Levelling Bug

Hi, so in my current game it seems I can not level up to level 4 even though i have slept numerous time and there is no glow on my xp bar, i use a previous save, any help?

Any reason for the current cap? Balancing/mechanical issues, preventing players from reaching ungodly power before level-appropriate appropriate content is published?

Yeah, same reason as with TiTS: there's no content balanced above level 3, so no point including it. We'll roll out new levels alongside new content as appropriate.
