Possible implant Idea

Are the devs against there being implants that grant special abilities? Because I have an idea for a combat implant that gives you the shriek ability that the shrieker helmet does.

Medical Milkers, Musk Magnifier and Power Boner all grant a special ability.

Is the Shriek Helmet ability any good? It didn't seem all that useful when I tested it.

I'm also thinking of having it come with a resistance to stun in addition to the ability, but IDK if that'd make it OP or not.
