¿My opinion? I prefer the first table because it´s more easy to use the changes´s table, but the second table have more changes and it are more natural than the first table.

I'd prefer the metamorphica, as the other one's kinda limited. A fun trick which the metamorphica is that if you only want physical tf, you can roll a d400 instead of d1000. There are also some useful tables in the back.
While I do like the simplicity and categories of the first the second does allow for far more options.
On a side note though I do prefer to generally avoid direct mental changes, especially extreme ones minor ones like encouraged acceptance of changed form are fine.
