This issue has been reported before and the common thread seems to be how newer Android versions are handling SVG rendering strangely. I am not sure if it will be something that will fix itself in the future, but I did try applying some edits to the UI to address the issue a few patches ago, but it seems to be having varied success, if any at all.
A potential solution may be for us to overhaul how SVGs are inserted into the UI, but that might be a huge ask at this point in development--and that won't really guarantee it will solve the issue completely. I'll have to see though. I'm hoping it's just a bug on the Android end that they should fix since I haven't heard this issue being brought up for other devices/browsers.
